The Amherstburg ACHS Minor Ball Hockey League offers positions for both boys and girls born between 2001-2008 with current consideration for younger and older age groups as well, depending on demand. This year the league is hoping to attract players from all over Amherstburg, LaSalle and as far away as the Windsor Essex Region. Substantial growth this year will help ensure that Amherstburg would be considered in hosting some of the OBHA Provincial Championships down the road.

The Amherstburg ACHS Minor Ball Hockey League is currently seeking more players, coaches, sponsors and volunteers to join their league. All games are played out of the Libro Centre in Amherstburg with most games being played Tuesday and Thursday nights with a few Sunday morning clinics and games as well.

Once the season starts there will be no practices. The season will run from April through till the end of June 2016.

Registration can be done directly in person through the Libro Centre or at St. Peter’s ACHS College School in Amherstburg. Register before March 1 and qualify for the early bird discount of $145.

After March 1, the fee goes up to $165. Players will need their own CSA approved helmet with face guard, jock, soccer shin guards, gloves, and stick.
