The Midget Majors would travel up the 401 to Chatham, where they would face their second AA Center in as many weeks.

The Stars would surely be tested by the Kent Cobras, as they looked to improve on their early season record of 1-0-0.

It would only take a minute for the visitors to strike, as Garrett Meloche fired home a wrister off the rebound of Jacob Damico at the 13:38 point of the first period. It would not take long for the Cobras to answer, as they were able to slide one past Stars goaltender Thomas Demarco shortly thereafter.

The pace was fast up and down the ice for the rest of the first period, and much of the second period as both teams tried to take control of the game. It would be the Stars who would strike next, as Mitch Holden and Cory Burns moved the puck around the net, Jacob Damico was able poke home a goal to give the Stars the 2-1 lead going into the third period.

Early in the third period, the Stars found themselves down two men, which allowed the home team to tie up the score. As the momentum was swinging back towards the Cobras, the Stars solid defensive play by Ryan Wismer and Jarrod Smith made it difficult for the Cobras to get anything going.

Once again the Stars were able to take the lead late in the third period as Zach Fritsch was able to slam home a goal in front of the net.

Cory Burns added an empty netter off a pass from Jake Topliffe to give the Stars and Thomas Demarco the win 4-2.

Both Burns and Damico finished the night with three points each.  Next up for the Stars will be the Riverside Rangers next Saturday evening.
