Special to the RTT

The Amherstburg Stars Alumni Group presented Amherstburg Minor Hockey Association with a donation of $1787.47 last Tuesday to use towards future development goals for players within the association.

The Alumni Group headed by Glen Holden, Kyle Burns and Corey Beaulieu held their annual conditioning camp Aug. 11-15, which saw 55 local players participate.

The Alumni Group was formed by Holden in order to assist AMHA  players and give past players an opportunity to give back to their community.  The camp had 14 former AMHA players donate their time and experience for the benefit of the 55 players in attendance.
